Do all users require a Smart Phone to access voice features of Crux?

Crux eliminates the need for additional instruments or network infrastructure for voice communication. The easiest, cost-effective and convenient way is for users to use their Smart Phones (iOS or Android) or Laptops/PC (Windows/Mac) and download a free Softphone App on them. However, depending on the need, the other supported options are wired or wireless IP phones or dect phones.
